Real Estate Companies

Posted by CityBlogPA on May 28th, 2007

Bethlehem has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

I am not sure who is asking this question, but I do have an opinion. I am a real estate agent and of course my response is biased. My husband and I work for Prudential Patt White and we do beleive Prudential Patt White is one of the strongest companies in the area. We have the most offices of any franchise and have been rated number one for Best in the Valley for 2006 and 2005 and will hopefully be rated Best in the Valley again in 2007! As for the best agent, well there are lots of good agents out there. My best recommendation if your looking for an agent is to interview three and see which one seems to offer the most and to best meet your needs. This is standard and most agents realize sellers will be interviewing for the position. Make sure you ask lots of questions, I will admit there are a lot of agents who jumped in the game over the last few years who just dont have enough experience to do a comprehensive job. I would look for someone seasoned and someone who can show you what they will do for you on paper. Hope this helps.

Excellent advice! And, you are correct, a lot of agents jumped on the money train but were not necessarily committed to real estate as a career. The idea of looking for a seasoned professional who can do a comprehensive job is right on track! CityBlogUSA
